ACCESS TO CARE

CCHP Objective: By 2010, increase the number of primary care visits for people between the ages of 18-64 who are seen at free/reduced fee clinics by 10%.
Activities:
-“Project Access” - physician volunteers.
-Community Health Center
-Communication Plan

-Transportation Plan

CCHP Objective: Decrease the proportion of at-risk and overweight children ages 2-18 in Catawba County by 10% by 2010.
